Rental conditions can be found in our rental agreements, which we strongly recommend you read in advance.
To rent one of our scooters or cars, you need to provide proof of residence, a tax identification code, and a valid driver’s license. If the driver’s licence is not written in latin alphabet (i.e. arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese) an international driving license will be required.
To drive our vehicles, an AM license and 14 years of age are required for 50cc mopeds, a B or A1 license and 16 years of age for 125cc scooters, an A or A2 license and 18 years of age for scooters over 125cc and a B license and 18 years of age for cars. If the driver is still a minor, parental consent is required.
With the exception of the 50cc moped, all our scooters are approved for the transport of one passenger. In the case of the 50cc moped, however, the transport of passengers is not permitted.
Our staff will deliver the rented vehicle with a full tank of petrol and in good condition (in the event of damage and/or dents, a list will be compiled that you will find on your rental contract), which must be returned in the same conditions at the end of the rental period. Our staff may also take photographs at the time of delivery to document any evidence of damage. You will also be provided with 1 helmet, 1 safety jacket and 1 raincoat for each moped, scooter or motorcycle (in the case of motorcycles or scooters over 125cc, the helmet, safety jacket and raincoat for the passenger will be available for an additional €10 fee).
The price includes mandatory liability towards third parties (RCA). Unfortunately, since it is not possible to have KASKO insurance for rented scooters, customers are responsible for compensation for any damage.
For rental cars, KASKO insurance is included.

The best way is to make a request directly on our website in the Bookings Tab, using our office phone number (also Whatsapp) or in our office (you can find all the contacts in the Contacts Tab by clicking here). However, if you do not book the vehicle in advance, we cannot guarantee its availability. On the day the rental is scheduled to begin, a pre-authorization for a deposit will be activated on your credit card, depending on the type of vehicle chosen. For the rental, however, you can pay by credit/debit card, debit card or cash, and you can decide whether to pay in advance or when returning the vehicle.
At the time of rental, an amount ranging from €300 to €1000 will be blocked on the driver’s credit card as a security deposit, based on the model requested, and only at the end of the rental will the exact amount be charged (€0.01). Up to 2/3 working weeks may be required for the deposit to be fully unblocked (depending on the connection between banks).
To rent a car or scooter without a credit card, a cash deposit ranging from €300 to €1000, depending on the chosen model, is required. At the end of the rental period, if there aren’t any problem, the total amount will be refunded.
In this case, you will have to pay the deposit in cash or register the contract in the name of the cardholder and add a second driver.
Contact our office as soon as possible and provide the details of the accident or breakdown, our staff will provide telephone assistance or organize on-site intervention. If the vehicle cannot restart, our staff will deliver a replacement (if available) or transport you to our office to close the rental contract. In the event of an accident, it is also advisable to immediately notify the authorities before contacting our office.
Should you receive a fine during the rental period you must notify our staff when you return to the headquarters and provide compensation for the contravention. In case the contravention is notified at headquarters after the rental period, our staff is authorized to show your rental information to the authorities.
If you have no previous experience or are unsteady when we deliver the vehicle, your rental will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
