Rental conditions can be found in our rental agreements, which we strongly recommend you read in advance.
To rent one of our scooters or cars, you need to provide proof of residence, a tax identification code, and a valid driver’s license. You must be at least 18 years old. If your licence was issued outside the European Union, you must also show an International Driving Permit: without it, we cannot rent you the scooter.
You must be of legal age to rent: at least 18 years old. Licence required: B or A1 for 125cc scooters, A or A2 for scooters over 125cc, B for cars. If your licence was issued outside the European Union, you must also show an International Driving Permit together with it: without it, we cannot rent you the scooter.
With the exception of the 50cc moped, all our scooters are approved for the transport of one passenger. In the case of the 50cc moped, however, the transport of passengers is not permitted.
Our staff will deliver the rented vehicle with a full tank of petrol and in good condition (in the event of damage and/or dents, a list will be compiled that you will find on your rental contract), which must be returned in the same conditions at the end of the rental period. Our staff may also take photographs at the time of delivery to document any evidence of damage. Helmets for rider and passenger are always included and free of charge. On request: power bank for €10 for the whole rental and anti-theft lock for €10 per day.
The price includes mandatory liability towards third parties (RCA). Unfortunately, since it is not possible to have KASKO insurance for rented scooters, customers are responsible for compensation for any damage.
For rental cars, KASKO insurance is included.

The best way is to make a request directly on our website in the Bookings Tab, using our office phone number (also Whatsapp) or in our office (you can find all the contacts in the Contacts Tab by clicking here). However, if you do not book the vehicle in advance, we cannot guarantee its availability. No security deposit is blocked: at pick-up you just show a physical credit card in the driver’s name. If you book on our website you pay online and at pick-up you only sign the contract; otherwise you pay when the vehicle is delivered, by credit/debit card or cash.
No. We do not block any deposit on your card. At pick-up you must show a physical credit card (not prepaid, not on your phone) in the driver’s name: it serves as a guarantee for any damage or fines.
Unfortunately not: a physical credit card in the driver’s name is always required. We do not accept cash deposits.
In this case the contract is made out to the cardholder, who must be present at pick-up, and the person riding is added as second driver.
There are no refunds, but you can move your booking to another date for free, any time, subject to availability.
Delivery in Agerola is free. For the other Amalfi Coast towns, the delivery cost is shown when you book.
For your safety we advise against riding in the rain, but if your scooter is booked we deliver it anyway. If you booked a single day and it rains, you can move your rental free of charge to the next day or another available day, agreed with us. For rentals of several days, one rainy day does not entitle you to date changes or refunds.
Rentals are counted by calendar days, not 24-hour periods. With a 1-day rental you pick up the scooter and return it the same day by 8:00 pm. For longer rentals, return is by 8:00 pm on the last booked day. Rare exceptions only if agreed with us in advance. Example: you book 13 March for 1 day, so you return it on 13 March by 8:00 pm, not the morning of the 14th.
Our scooters are regularly serviced, but something unexpected can always happen. If it does, text or call us right away: we will do our best to bring a replacement scooter to where you are. Getting around the Amalfi Coast takes time: there are technical times we cannot reduce to zero, so we kindly ask for a little patience. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp until we arrive. A breakdown does not entitle you to refunds or price reductions.
Contact our office as soon as possible and provide the details of the accident or breakdown, our staff will provide telephone assistance or organize on-site intervention. If the vehicle cannot restart, our staff will deliver a replacement (if available) or transport you to our office to close the rental contract. In the event of an accident, it is also advisable to immediately notify the authorities before contacting our office.
Should you receive a fine during the rental period you must notify our staff when you return to the headquarters and provide compensation for the contravention. In case the contravention is notified at headquarters after the rental period, our staff is authorized to show your rental information to the authorities.
If you have no previous experience or are unsteady when we deliver the vehicle, your rental will be cancelled without the possibility of a refund.
